When you receive item(s) that is defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. Once we accept your return request, our customer service will send you the pre-paid return label for you to return it. 

All returned items are subjeccted to inspection for damage before refund. 

Shoppers are responsible for shipping and return if it has nothing to do with quality issues.

Shipping Policy

We  ship to 48 Continental United States only. Yor orders will be shipped from our Walnut Warehouse or Easley Warehouse depending on the location of inventory.

Tracking number will be sent to you by email once your item is shipped out.

All of our orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, it depends on your location.
